What if we could see each other for who we are, hear each other's stories, and accept and respect our differences?

We live in a world where racial and social unrest are playing like a broken record from the past. But if we could just truly listen to each other, perhaps empathy could be on the horizon.

Our stories make us who we are. Our history has formed our present. And sometimes we walk through this world bumping into each other without regard for these things. Writing and sharing stories are my ways of trying to rectify this.
