Sexual Harassment in the Dance Community
In this episode of "on air with...", Janelle talks with Monica Kay and Billy Myles of Kizomba Harmony about sexual harassment in the dance community. Monica and Billy are world-renowned dance instructors who have taught partner dances all over the U.S. and in over 15 countries. As such, they have learned of the worldwide problem of sexual harassment and assault in the dance community. In this episode, they talk about their experiences and knowledge, the #metoo movement, and what they as individuals and a company are doing to stop harassment in their community and how it can encourage us to deal with it in the world.
